Redevelopment in Backa Röd
The Framtiden Group has twelve wholly owned operating subsidiaries. In november 2008, Rysåsen Fastighets AB was acquired which owns the property Selma Lagerlöf Torg 2.
The Framtiden Group manages and operates 69,100 apartments, 561,000 square metres of non-residential floor space and have 900 employes. The properties has a market value of SEK 44 billon (end of 2008). The Framtiden Group is responsible for cross-cutting issues and coordination of finance, IT, information and development.
The Framtiden Group is wholly owned by the City of Gothenburg.
