During 2010, Förvaltnings AB Framtiden established two financing programmes on the market. In May 2010, a domestic Certificate Programme was established. The programme has a limit of SEK 3 billion. In August 2010, a domestic Medium Term Note Programme was established. The programme has a limit of SEK 5 billion. Since autumn 2009, the Group has had a long-term A+ rating with a stable outlook and a short-term rating of A1/K1 from Standard & Poor's. According to the Standard and Poor's credit assessment, the Group has a strong financial position, as does the Group's owner, the City of Gothenburg.
Today the Group has an interest-bearing liability portfolio of approximately SEK 15 billion. Through the different financing programmes the aim is to secure cost-effective financing on those sub-markets that value the Group's credit rating highest.
