The Framtiden Group properties are all located within the City of Gothenburg.
At the year-end 2009 The Group had

69,319 apartments with a total area of 4,388,968 square metres.
Approximately 89% of the floor space was residential and approximately 11% non-residential.
560,301 square metres of commercial premises
The total rental revenue from these properties of December 31, 2009 was SEK 4,533 million (4,361).

The Group property stock is classified internally according to a geographical division of the market into A-, B- and C-locations. The guiding principle behind this is demand and attractiveness, where the A-locations are judged to be the most attractive and are often found in central areas. C-locations mainly comprise large-scale suburban built-up areas, located primarily in north-east Gothenburg.
