Forvaltnings AB Framtiden has twelve wholly owned operating subsidiaries. In november 2008, Rysåsen Fastighets AB was acquired which owns the property Selma Lagerlöf Torg 2. Forvaltnings AB Framtiden is responsible for cross-cutting issues and coordination of finance, IT, information and development. Each subsidiary has its own board of directors responsible for operations, organization and administration.
